Description

Our Single Vision Transitions Polycarbonate Lenses are made  in-house, right in our Connecticut lab. Why pay more for name-brand lenses when you can have the same HIGH QUALITY lenses for 49% less?  If you would like, you can add anti-glare coatings (either our own in-house or name-brand Crizal) by selecting them from the drop down menus.

Because they are less likely to fracture than regular plastic CR39 lenses, polycarbonate lenses have become the standard for safety glasses, sports goggles and children's eyewear. They are also are a good choice for rimless eyewear designs where the lenses are attached to the frame components with drill mountings. Transitions lenses are clear indoors and darken outdoors in sunlight. They are available in brown and grey.

Reviews

I have been using Replacement Lens Express for over 5 years and I am always happy with the quality and fit on my custom glasses and lenses
When I ordered the lenses, I saw a ball park estimate of what I would have to pay. I was hoping it would get the exact cost sooner. Once they received my glasses, the exact cost was given. The staff were on top of things, when they noticed something was wrong with the prescription for one of my lenses. After I called the optical dept. I used, the staff also called the optical dept, which was good. My eye glasses with the new lenses were carefully packaged, which was great! The lenses looked good! They even sent the old lenses back! Thank you!
Overall the experience works but isn't great. Some things I would like
- Notify the sender when you receive the glasses and start working on them
- Have a less than one week work cycle to work on a frame
- Better and faster shipping
