Your Pupillary measure is one of the most important items needed to create prescription lenses. This measurement is not typically included with your prescription and is considered a fitting measurement. At this time, we do not supply the customer with a shipping label to send their frame or frames to our facility for the relensing process. The customer is free to choose the best delivery method for them and will be responsible for the shipping charges. We highly recommend that you purchase insurance for your package as we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages sent by the customer.
The shipping charges you have paid for at checkout is for return shipping to you once your order has been completed by our lab. We offer free return shipping to customers who have ordered prescription lenses that total over $100.00 and are in the continental United States.
We include $50.00 of insurance with each package that ships back to the customer.
Yes, you can return the frame to us within 3 business days of you receiving the frame. There is a 15% restocking fee applied to every frame return. You must request a return authorization number from us by clicking here. The fame must be in brand new, unused condition and have the case, cloth and any other packing included with the return. The customer is responsible for the shipping charges to send the frame back. Once your frame is received back at our facility, we will issue you a refund minus the 15% restocking fee. Please be aware that any shipping charges are not refundable. Final Sale frames or special-order frames cannot be exchanged or returned.
