SHIPPING YOUR FRAME TO US?

You have ordered your replacement lenses online; you are probably wondering where do I ship my frame to?

The customer is responsible for the charges associated with shipping their frame to us for the re-lensing process using the delivery service of your choice.

When shipping your frame to us please make sure that you include the following items inside your package.

  1. A copy of your Order Invoice showing your Order Number.
  2. A copy of the Doctor’s written prescription – unless you have uploaded the image on your order.
  3. Your frame- Make sure that you use enough packing material to keep your frame safe during the shipping process.

YOUR ORDER NUMBER:

Your package is delivered to our secure mailbox which is located inside our local UPS store. A member of our laboratory staff picks up packages once daily from our mailbox. Please be aware that packages are picked up from our mailbox location on business days, which are Monday through Friday. Packages delivered on non-business days will be picked up the following business day.

DELIVERY

Once your order has been completed by our laboratory, we will carefully package your order and prepare it for shipping. When shipping packages back to our customers, we ship your package back to you using the option you selected during the checkout process, which is either USPS or UPS Ground services.

If your order qualified for free shipping the order will ship via USPS.
